Initial Dimension Issue Resolved Satisfactorily
Ordered 40 tonnes of Q235B unequal angle steel (160×100×14mm). Upon arrival, about 8% of the pieces had leg width tolerances slightly outside GB/T 706 limits. We flagged this immediately, and the supplier responded within 24 hours with a credit note and replacement shipment for the affected material at no extra cost. The replacement batch was perfect. Their willingness to resolve the issue quickly and professionally was reassuring. The remaining 92% of the original order was fully compliant and performed well in our bridge bracket application.
