Minor Packaging Issue Resolved Professionally
Ordered 25 tons of A36 flat bar, 20mm x 100mm x 6m for structural connection hardware. The steel quality itself was fine — tensile strength at 430 MPa and elongation at 21%, both within ASTM A36 spec. However, some bundles arrived with damaged strapping which caused a few bars to shift during container unloading. Reported the issue and their team responded within a day, arranged a credit for the minor surface-damaged pieces and upgraded packaging on our follow-up order. Problem handled well, so I'd still consider them for future projects.
