Initial documentation delay — resolved satisfactorily, product quality fine
Ordered 30 MT of 0.60 mm PE coated coils, Grade S350GD per EN 10346, for structural wall panel fabrication. The steel itself tested well — T-bend at T2, pencil hardness 2H, and salt spray at 520 hours. However, the mill test certificates were delayed by four days after shipment departed, which held up our incoming inspection sign-off. After escalating to their sales manager, the documents were expedited and the issue was logged as a process improvement item on their end. No further delays on the follow-up 15 MT order. Product quality is not in question.
