Initial coating adhesion query — resolved satisfactorily
Our first batch of 15 MT of polyester-coated galvalume coils showed minor adhesion variance on approximately 3% of the strip length, flagged during our cross-cut adhesion test per EN 13523. We raised the issue immediately and the technical team responded within 4 hours, identified a brief oven temperature fluctuation in that production run, and arranged a partial replacement shipment within 10 days. The replacement coils passed all EN 10169 acceptance criteria. The resolution process was professional and transparent. We've since placed a second order and quality has been fully consistent.
