Initial color batch variance — issue resolved promptly by supplier
Our first shipment of 18 metric tons, 0.50 mm trapezoidal panels in a custom RAL color, showed ΔE deviation slightly above the 1.5 specification on roughly 8% of panels from one coil. We flagged this immediately. The technical team responded within hours, acknowledged the out-of-spec coil, and arranged replacement panels shipped within 10 days at no additional cost. Subsequent panels were within spec. The resolution process was professional and transparent. Comfortable continuing the relationship, but incoming QC on color-critical orders is recommended.
