On our first order of 55 MT of 0.45 mm polyester-coated Z275 sheets, two coils arrived with a visible ΔE variance exceeding the stated 0.5 tolerance — noticeable against previously installed panels on the same project. Raised the issue immediately; the supplier acknowledged the batch discrepancy within 24 hours, issued replacement coils at no additional cost, and expedited delivery within 10 days. The replacement material was within spec. The resolution process was handled professionally and the technical team provided updated QC documentation. Cautiously optimistic for our next order.
