Ordered 10 MT of 0.55 mm PE-coated sheet in RAL 3009 for a prefabricated building project in Ohio. Upon inspection, two coils showed a visible shade variation versus the rest of the batch — noticeable when panels were installed side by side. Raised the issue immediately with the supplier. They acknowledged the problem, provided a color measurement report confirming the ΔE deviation, and shipped two replacement coils within 10 days at no additional cost. Final installed result looks uniform. The resolution was handled professionally. Dropping one star for the initial QC miss, but the after-sales response restored confidence.
