Initial dimension issue resolved — quality now confirmed satisfactory
Our first order of 25 tons of PPGI at 0.25 mm thickness, 900 mm width, had a coil width tolerance discrepancy of approximately 3 mm on two coils, which caused fitment issues on our stamping line. We raised the issue immediately and the supplier's technical team responded within 12 hours, provided a formal non-conformance report, and arranged replacement coils at no additional cost. The replacement shipment arrived within 15 days and met ASTM dimensional tolerances fully. The after-sales handling was professional and restored our confidence. We have since placed a follow-up order.
