Our first shipment of 0.5 mm corrugated sheets in RAL 6005 arrived with a visible color variance between two sub-batches, which caused concern given the panels were for a visible façade application. We raised the issue with the technical team immediately. They acknowledged the batch mixing error, arranged a replacement for the non-conforming panels within 18 days, and provided a discount on the next order. The replacement panels matched perfectly. Product spec — Z180 zinc, 22 µm dry film — was correct throughout. Issue was handled professionally, but the initial QC check before shipment should have caught this.
