We ordered 0.80 mm G550 trapezoidal roofing sheets (Z275, ASTM A653) for a manufacturing plant project in Hyderabad with a firm four-week delivery requirement. The shipment arrived eight days late due to port congestion, which caused a short schedule delay on our end. However, the supplier communicated proactively once the delay was identified, provided daily status updates, and offered a partial freight credit as compensation. Panel quality itself — coating uniformity, profile accuracy, and mechanical properties — was fully compliant with specifications. Issue was logistical, not product-related, and was handled professionally.
