Initial color mismatch resolved quickly — now satisfied

Our first order of 50 MT PPGI at 0.40mm, Z120, RAL 6029 showed a slight color deviation on approximately 3 MT of one coil — visibly off-shade against our approved sample under daylight conditions. We raised the issue immediately. The supplier's QC team responded within 24 hours, acknowledged the batch variance, and arranged a replacement shipment at no additional cost within 10 days. The replacement coils matched perfectly. The resolution process was handled professionally. We have since placed a follow-up order, cautiously, and quality control on that batch was tighter.

Competitive PPGI pricing with solid EN 10169 compliance

We trialed 40 MT of PPGI at 0.60mm, Z140, SMP coating, width 1,200mm against our existing European supplier. EN 10169 test certificates were complete and third-party verified. Mechanical properties — yield strength 320 MPa, tensile 420 MPa — matched our structural cladding requirements. Price point was noticeably better than domestic sources. Slight variation in gloss between two coils (within 5 GU) was noted but acceptable for our application. Overall a strong first order; we are evaluating a larger follow-up for Q3.

Good value on bulk PPGI — minor lead time adjustment needed

Purchased 90 MT of polyester PPGI at 0.35mm, Z100, RAL 5015 for resale to UK fabricators. Pricing was competitive versus European mills — approximately 6% below our previous source on equivalent ASTM A755 certified material.
