Our first order of 50 MT PPGI at 0.40mm, Z120, RAL 6029 showed a slight color deviation on approximately 3 MT of one coil — visibly off-shade against our approved sample under daylight conditions. We raised the issue immediately. The supplier's QC team responded within 24 hours, acknowledged the batch variance, and arranged a replacement shipment at no additional cost within 10 days. The replacement coils matched perfectly. The resolution process was handled professionally. We have since placed a follow-up order, cautiously, and quality control on that batch was tighter.
