Our first order of 25 tons of 0.30 mm PPGI in RAL 1015 light ivory with Z100 coating showed minor edge waviness on approximately 15% of coils, which caused intermittent issues on our slitting line. We raised this with the technical team immediately. They acknowledged the issue, provided a root cause analysis within 48 hours attributing it to a tension setting variance, and arranged credit for the affected coils. Our second shipment of the same specification arrived with no edge defects. The responsiveness was professional. We will continue ordering but will request pre-shipment coil inspection going forward.
