When the first shipment arrived, the color measured ΔE 1.6 against our RAL reference — slightly outside the stated ≤1.0 tolerance. I raised the issue with the sales team, who responded the same day, arranged a third-party color verification, and shipped a replacement batch within 10 days at no additional cost.
