Initial color inconsistency resolved — quality now meeting spec
Our first order of 30 MT of 0.35mm PPGI in a custom RAL color showed slight gloss variation between coils — measured at 28–42 GU against a specified 35 GU target. We raised the issue immediately. The supplier's technical team responded within 24 hours, provided a root cause analysis, and arranged replacement coils at no additional cost within 10 business days. Subsequent delivery was fully on spec. The after-sales response was handled professionally. We've since placed a follow-up order and quality has been consistent. Cautiously confident moving forward.
