Initial colour batch inconsistency — resolved promptly and professionally
Our first order of 30 tons of pre-painted profiled sheet in RAL 5010 showed a slight colour variance between two coils when panels were laid side by side on site. We raised this immediately with the customer support team. To their credit, they responded within hours, arranged a third-party colour measurement report, and shipped replacement panels for the affected coils within two weeks at no additional cost. The replacement batch was perfectly consistent. The issue itself was disappointing but the resolution was handled professionally. We have since placed a follow-up order and the quality has been correct throughout.
