Initial color variation issue — resolved after replacement coils supplied
Our first order of 35 tons of 0.40 mm AZ100 polyester galvalume sheet in a custom blue shade showed visible color variation between two coils from different production batches — noticeable when panels were installed side by side on the same facade. We raised the issue with the quality team immediately. To their credit, replacement coils from a single batch were shipped within 18 days at no additional freight cost, and the color consistency on the replacement material was acceptable. The resolution process was professional. We've since placed a follow-up order with stricter single-batch requirements confirmed in writing.
