Initial color variance issue — resolved satisfactorily
We ordered 30 MT of PPGL in 0.50 mm with PE coating in RAL 3009 for appliance panel fabrication. On arrival, around 8% of coils showed a slight color deviation from the approved sample. We raised this immediately, and the supplier's QC team responded within one business day with a root cause explanation related to a batch oven calibration adjustment. Replacement coils for the affected quantity shipped within 10 days at no additional cost. ASTM A755 specs were otherwise met throughout. The resolution was handled professionally, and we're cautiously continuing the relationship.
