On our first 20-ton trial order of 3105-H24 at 0.65 mm with PE coating, our incoming QC team flagged marginal cross-cut adhesion results on two coils that fell at the lower boundary of EN 13523-6 acceptance criteria. We raised this immediately with the technical team, who arranged re-testing with an independent lab and confirmed the results were within specification — our in-house test fixture had a calibration issue. The supplier also sent a supplementary technical data sheet clarifying curing parameters. Issue fully resolved, and we have since placed a follow-up order of 35 tons with confidence.
