Color Variance in First Shipment – Resolved Promptly
Our initial order of 4 tonnes of 1100-H14 matte charcoal plates at 1.0 mm showed a noticeable Delta E variance of approximately 1.8 between two coils, which was outside our accepted tolerance for signage panel production. We raised the issue immediately with the supplier's QC team, who confirmed the discrepancy and arranged replacement coils within 14 days at no additional cost. The replacement batch was fully within spec. The supplier also provided updated CIE Lab reports going forward. Issue was handled professionally. We have since placed a follow-up order and quality has been consistent.
