Initial Width Tolerance Issue – Resolved Promptly by Supplier
Our first order of 30 tons of 0.40mm galvanized coil, specified at 1,200mm width, arrived with three coils measuring 1,196–1,197mm—outside our roll-forming line's acceptable range. I raised the issue immediately, and the supplier's technical team responded the same day. They arranged a partial replacement shipment and provided a revised quality inspection report confirming the corrected width tolerance for subsequent coils. The replacement arrived within 10 days and all coils were within spec. The issue was handled professionally, and we have since placed a follow-up order. Would consider them again based on how the complaint was managed.
