Initial color variance issue — resolved professionally after communication

Our first order of 20 MT of PE-coated GI coil, 0.35 mm in RAL 5015, showed a visible gloss variance between two coils in the same shipment — one measured 42 GU and another 51 GU against a 45 GU specification per ASTM D523.
