Our first order of 20 MT of PE-coated GI coil, 0.35 mm in RAL 5015, showed a visible gloss variance between two coils in the same shipment — one measured 42 GU and another 51 GU against a 45 GU specification per ASTM D523. We raised this immediately. The supplier's QC team responded within 24 hours, acknowledged the variance, and arranged a replacement coil plus a credit on the next order. The replacement met spec exactly. Communication was transparent and the resolution was fair. We have since placed a follow-up order and the quality was consistent. Confidence restored.
