Initial shipment had an edge wave issue — resolved satisfactorily
Our first order was 25 MT of 0.30 mm DX51D, AZ70, PE coated, 600 mm width for light appliance components. When the coils arrived, three of them had noticeable edge wave that caused feeding issues on our stamping line. Flagged this to the supplier with measurement data. They investigated, acknowledged the flatness deviation fell outside agreed tolerances, and arranged replacement coils within 10 days at no additional cost. Replacement coils were perfect. Paint adhesion and ASTM A755 compliance on all coils were fine throughout. Issue was resolved professionally, so we're willing to try a second order.
