Initial shipment had packaging issue – resolved professionally by supplier
Our first order of 20 MT of 0.55 mm PVDF coated coil for facade cladding arrived with protective film partially detached on two coils, causing minor surface scratches. We raised the issue immediately and the supplier's technical team responded within 24 hours, arranged a third-party inspection, and replaced the affected coils within 18 days. The replacement coils were perfect – paint film thickness at 22 µm topcoat, gloss at 30 GU, fully EN 10169 compliant. The problem resolution process was handled professionally. We are now proceeding with a second order.
