Initial coil width variance issue — addressed promptly by technical team
Our first order of 40 MT of 0.40 mm HDP sheet specified 1,250 mm coil width, but three coils in the shipment measured 1,238–1,242 mm, which caused minor trim allowance issues on our slitting line. I raised this with the technical team and they acknowledged the variance exceeded their internal tolerance, issued a credit note for the affected coils, and provided tighter width control on our follow-up 30 MT order — all coils came in at 1,249–1,251 mm. Quality issue was real but the resolution was professional and fast.
