First order of 4 tons of 0.50mm corrugated sheets in RAL 5015 sky blue for a Dubai residential project showed visible color variation between two coil batches — Delta E exceeded our 1.5 tolerance. Raised the issue with the technical team immediately. To their credit, they acknowledged the batch mixing error, provided a full replacement coil within 18 days, and supplied updated QC inspection reports. Replacement material passed our color consistency check. Coating specs — PVDF 22µm, pencil hardness 2H, ASTM B117 ≥1000h — were correct throughout. Issue resolved; willing to reorder with confirmed single-batch production.
