Initial length tolerance issue — resolved quickly by supplier
Our first order of 0.5 mm S280GD color-coated trapezoidal panels (PVDF, 35 µm DFT) for a 15,000 sqm cold storage facility had an issue: approximately 3% of the 10,000 mm panels measured 15–20 mm short of specified length, causing minor installation delays. I raised this immediately and the supplier responded within hours, issued a credit note for the affected panels, and shipped replacement lengths within 10 days. Subsequent quality has been fine. The responsiveness was reassuring and we have since placed a follow-on order. Worth noting for first-time buyers to specify tight length tolerances upfront.
