Initial coil width variance issue — resolved satisfactorily
Our first order of 40 tons of PPGI at 0.45 mm, Z100 zinc coating, 1,000 mm coil width for industrial roofing had a variance issue: three coils measured 985–992 mm rather than the specified 1,000 mm, falling outside EN 10169 tolerance. We raised this with the supplier immediately. They responded within 24 hours, issued a technical investigation report, and arranged credit for the affected coils. Subsequent replacement coils were within spec. The resolution process was professional. Quality control has been better on our second order placed last month.
