We ordered 40 MT of 0.6 mm polyester-coated panels (RAL 9010) for a hospital corridor fit-out in Texas. Most coils were perfect, but one coil showed a ΔE of approximately 1.6 – slightly outside the ≤ 1.0 spec. We raised the issue with customer support, who responded within 4 hours, issued a replacement coil within 10 days, and provided a written corrective action report.
